Philosophy
I believe in providing Patient-Centered, Strengths-Based, Positive Psychiatry for Neurodivergent Adults.
What does that mean?
-
Patient-Centered: Your needs, preferences, and values drive your treatment goals.
-
Strengths-Based: Your natural skills and abilities are leveraged to help you achieve better mental health.
-
Positive Psychiatry: Your treatment is focused on enhancing your overall well-being and joy rather than simply focusing on reducing your psychiatric symptoms.
I see each patient as a distinct individual with their own unique life experiences, strengths and challenges. Therefore, a specialized treatment plan is created in a collaborative and respectful manner, providing compassionate and evidence-based treatment, so that their lives may be filled with joy through good physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health.
